Cow Tongue Recipe

Ingredients

1 cow tongue
1 lb tomatoes
1 pepper
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon oregano
2 Sweet pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Wash very well the tongue with water. Place the tongue for about 45 minutes

to 1 hour in a pressure cooker with water, let it be cool and must remove the outer part of the tongue with a knife, leaving only the inner part, chop into pieces inner part

In a liquidizer place the tomato, pepper, onion, garlic, oregano, sweet pepper, oil, salt, soy sauce, once liquefied must be placed in a pan of the tongue for about 30 minutes.
